cancer, Alzheimer's disease, hip and joint replacement, balance disorders, incontinence,
etc. Geriatric physical and occupational therapists specialize in providing therapy for
such conditions in older adults.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
A wide range of orthopedic injuries and disabilities, including amputations,
joint replacements, fractures, neck and lower back disorders and other
orthopedic complications, are treated with orthopedic rehabilitation
Splinting And Contracture Management
Joint motion limitations due to prolonged immobilzation or due to
soft tissue adhesion, arthritis, etc. can be resolved using various
